Fredrick E. Bryant, Owner, Director
Originally from North Carolina, Fred is our Dui Instructor. He's a retired Navy Master Chief, and started working in the Alcohol and Drug arena in the Navy in 1976 as an Alcohol and Drug facilitator. He is certified by the Department of Human Resources as a Risk Reduction Instructor and holds a Georgia Department of Driver Services Instructor Certification and a National Safety Council Instructor Certification. He has taught for Spectrum Addiction Services, and worked six years for the Lowndes Drug Action Council in Valdosta. He also holds a State Certification as a Domestic Violence Facilitator.
Elizabeth H. Gray, Instructor
Liz is our Defensive Driving instructor. She holds a certification in Management from the University of Georgia, and is a certified instructor by both the Georgia Department of Driver Services and the National Safety Council. She also works as Operator Supervisor at the Loundes County 911 Call Center.
Crystal Carter, Instructor
Originally from South Georgia, Crystal is an Internationally Certified Addictions Counselor (ICADC), and is a Department of Driver Services certified DUI instructor. She also works as counselor/admissions coordinator at Volunteers of America, and has worked in the field of addictions and mental health since 2002.
Sylvia S. Warrick, Office Manager
As a Georgia Department of Labor retiree, Sylvia is aware of State guidelines and regulations, and keeps our office running efficiently and smoothly. She is responsible for enrolling students and maintaining their files. Clients may be assured that they will be treated with confidentiality, courtesy and respect at Lowndes County DUI School.
